Return and exchange policy
We regret to inform you that, for our customers" safety and satisfaction, we can only accept returns of products 72 hours after purchase only if they are in their original condition, you must in that case pay the delivery fees 34 riyals, payment will be refunded upon order inspection.
If the order is damaged or have a manufacturing error, refund will not be offered until the order has been received by us and inspected for integrity of the refund request. Upon inspection, refund will be processed as such or else, a replacement product will be offered to the customer.
If the customer refuses to receive the shipment or there is an error in recording the customer’s data such as: mobile number or email and the order is returned to us, the delivery fee will be deducted from the order value. If you wish to receive the shipment again after returning it, you must pay the delivery fees again.
